2br - Florence, Via San Niccolò

15:33 - Who wants to move into an architect's apartment in Florence?  I do!

Hi there!
My wife and I have to move to New York for work (March 2011), and that's so exciting, but we are very sad to let our beautiful apartment here!
we do care about our home and we want to rent to a nice people who will take care of it as we do.
the apartment is huge but we want max 2 people to live here (of course you can have guests but sometimes)

...the apartment is AMAZING
It is in the historical and characteristic neighborhoods of San Niccolò ...just the best in Florence!
It is between Piazzale Michelangelo and the Arno river.
It's close to everything, lots o restaurants, bars, shops, 5 minutes walk to Piazza Signoria.

The apartment is on the second floor of an historic 19th century building, completely renovated 3 years ago.
We are both architects and we care a lot about our place, it has been renovated with love and furnished we style ;-)
It is comfortable, quite and with a lot of sunlight.

the size:
it is 1,400 sq ft, it has lots of rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, the kitchen, the living room, a library/play room, an office, and laundry, box room, cloak room, closet and lumber room...

ops! yes, it has the backyard :-)

the amenities:
hard wood floor, exposed bricks vault, modern design forniture, 32" lcd tv, wi-fi in every room, dish washer, washing machine, sky tv, security system, garden

more pictures are here: http://picasaweb.google.com/newyorkforflorence/Gallery#

we ask for 2000€/month, utilities are not included (around 150€)
2 months deposit, min stay 6 months max 1 year (it could be more but it depends if we stay in New York or we have to come back)
the apartment will be available from March 2011

If you are interested email us a brief description of you and and I'll write back.
Hope to hear from you!

Ciao,
Francesco

If that isn't a European looking apartment then I don't know what does!

  1. sigh...I'm drooling. I find it amazing that it only costs twice what our apartment outside Vicenza did--I thought it would be more.

  2. I know, these are the kinds of places I fall asleep thinking about....sigh is right. Martin and I have decided that if we ever get so lucky to go to Italy again we'd 100 percent get an apartment on the piazza!
