Savannah Apartment Hunting

8:03 - Martin and I have, more or less, decided that next PCS we are going to be renters again. Not that owning a house is hard it's just something all the time. If we do move somewhere totally cool and historic it would be nice to rent a unique apartment downtown. The only thing I would really want to be able to do while living as a renter is paint. I can deal with a less than stellar kitchen or bathroom. Ideally it would have a smart floorplan, small yard or garden courtyard, within walking distance of something I'd enjoy, and at least one designated parking space.

*Holy Moly! Keep this wallpaper in the back of your mind. Because it must have unconsciously been in the back of mine!
